The application forms are in English, but you are welcome to write your application in either English or Danish as preferred.
All applications will be assessed by the Foundation Board. The Board meets four times a year. Applications for the quarterly Board meeting should therefore be submitted before the following dates:
- 15 March
- 15 May
- 15 August
- 15 November
Applicants must use the Foundation's online application form and submit the application via the Foundation’s website. Your application will be considered by the full board of trustees on their next quarterly meeting, approximately one month after the submission deadline for the quarter.
You can expect a reply within a couple of weeks following the board meeting. The secretariat will reach out to you if there is a need for supplementary information, but do not contact us for status enquires. Please note that the Foundation Board does not provide a justification for the decision given. For further information please read the Donation Policy.
The Ramboll Scholarship
Please note that the Ramboll Foundation does not support students studying abroad, but Ramboll Denmark does currently have such a programme for Danish university students.
For current and former employees and their families in difficult situations, the application process is different. If you wish to apply, please read the donation guideline, paragraph 4.
